Open House was a success! I met 14 out of 18 students. It’s going to be the “Zest” year yet!! We will choose joy, peace, love, kindness, and happiness. 🍋

We enjoyed Kona Ice today. A special thank you is sent to the two thoughtful parents that paid for a couple of students who didn’t have money. 100% of my students present today were able to participate and enjoy. ❤️🙂
My students, assisted by their parents, designed a habitat of their choice. I’m so proud of the work that they did. They all did an awesome job! 👍🏾👏🏾 Special thanks to each parent that used this time to spend some quality time with their child during this process. I’m sure there was a lot of discussion, agreements, disagreements, discoveries, etc . 😆

This week we learned about the different parts of the human body. We completed an amazing human body project. This project can be referenced/used for years to come as my students continue to learn about the human anatomy. 👍🏾👏🏾
