What a privilege and joy to be among so many talented Asian filmmakers, actors and Q***r allies this weekend! Thank you Alex for all your hard work putting this together with the amazing and Community strengthening 👏🏽 These many representations are important to me as a Q***r Filipinx living in the Ojai Valley. Many times last night, while watching “Saving Face” and “Handmaiden,” I pinched myself saying“am I really experiencing this in Ojai?” It’s been amazing seeing the big energy and full seats at this weekend’s Gaysian film fest in town. Lovely meeting and connecting with you 🙌🏽🙏🏽
