How do we celebrate growth? THIS is how we celebrate these young leaders.

We didn’t instruct this — they did this on their own. They created the buzz, the chants, the energy, and the encouragement. They are the reason everyone around them is motivated to push harder, grow more, and accomplish their goals.

This has very little to do with us and everything to do with them — the culture they are building together, the ownership they are taking, and the joy they are finding in each other’s success.

What a blessing it is to get to do this work. 🥹
