Emma Daniels, a first-grade student at Dr. Lee Buice Elementary school in Odessa, Texas, came up with an idea to help victims of Hurricane Matthew. She wants to raise enough donations to send at least one truckload full of bottled water to the victims of hurricane Matthew in Goldsboro, NC.
