But birth trauma is not exclusive to the moms and babies. We dads experience birth trauma, too, but in a very different, very mentally draining way.

I would like to take a moment to announce that my hubby and I are expecting our fourth baby May 18 2013!

I would love to discuss the connection between tight jeans and cramping during pregnancy.
This is not only a problem I have experienced, but also seems to be an issue with a handful of other woman I have spoken with.

Here is what I would like to discuss:

1. If this has been an issue for you, at what stage of pregnancy did it begin.

2. Did the problem resolve itself when you stopped wearing tight pants?

3. Was it scary when you felt the cramping?

4. Do you feel as if there should have been information on whether tight pants can cause cramping?

I was recently told NOT to use Boric Acid during pregnancy, this came as a surprise to me as I, along with many woman I know have been told to use Boric Acid as a cure for female issues during pregnancy.
