🚣♂️ Calling All Rowing Coaches! Help Us Launch Something Great! 🚣♀️
We’re in the exciting stages of building a brand-new Fall Rowing Program for Middle School Athletes (Grades 6–8), and we need a passionate, energetic coach to help bring it to life!
Since the program concept is still in development, we aren't just looking for someone to run practices—we’re looking for a collaborative voice to help shape the foundation, structure, and vision for these young rowers.
The Details:
Who: Middle School Rowers (Grades 6–8)
When: Fall Season | 3 days a week, fall season only
Where: Ocean City Crew Booster Boathouse, 400 Roosevelt Blvd, Marmora, NJ 08223 (Google Maps)
Role: Lead/Head Coach (Program Development + On-Water Coaching)
What We’re Looking For:
Prior rowing/coaching experience (middle school or high school level is a plus!).
Strong emphasis on fundamentals, safety, team culture, and making the sport fun.
Enthusiasm for building a program from the ground up and offering creative input.
