Homemade baked granola bars 🤎✨
Clean, simple ingredients and SO much better than store-bought. Chewy in the middle with a little crisp on the edges—perfect for quick breakfasts or snacks.
I didn’t measure anything but oil but if you need measurements here you go!!!
🥣 What I used:
2 cups rolled oats
¾ cup chopped almonds + cashews (any nuts of choice)
½ cup dried cranberries (dried fruit)
½ cup peanut butter (any nut butter)
⅓ cup honey
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup olive oil
½ cup almond flour
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
Chocolate chips to taste
👩🍳 How to make:
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Warm the peanut butter, honey, maple syrup, and olive oil until smooth, then stir in vanilla. Pour over dry mix and combine well. Press firmly into a lined pan (this helps them hold together), and bake at 350° for about 25–28 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting.
Simple, nourishing, and easy to customize 🤍
