We’re changing it up a bit next Friday with this summer heat! ☀️ iStroll Playdate at the FAST Splash Pad! 💦

Who’s ready to cool off together? Join us for an iStroll Playdate at the FAST (Florida Aquatics Swimming & Training) Splash Pad & Pool in Ocala!

This is a relaxed opportunity for our iStroll families to enjoy the summer, let the kids play, and spend time together outside of workouts. Bring your swimsuits, towels, sunscreen, snacks, and get ready for a fun morning with friends!

📍 Location: FAST Splash Pad & Pool
📅 Date: Friday, July 31st
⏰ Time: 9:30am

Admission is pay-your-own-entry at the gate.

✨ Open to all current iStroll members and their families.
✨ Siblings are welcome!
✨ No workout…just sunshine, laughter, and community.

Owning a small business is one of the biggest blessings… and one of the biggest balancing acts.

One day you’re fully booked and feeling on top of the world. The next you’re brainstorming new ideas, creating content, answering messages, teaching classes, ordering supplies, and wondering where the day went.

Then add a husband, kids, school schedules, sports, dinner, laundry, and trying to remember if you drank enough water today. 😂

Some weeks feel effortless. Some weeks feel like you’re holding everything together with coffee, prayer, and a color-coded calendar.

But I wouldn’t trade it.

I’m grateful for every client who trusts me with their wellness, every iStroll member who shows up each week, every referral, every encouraging message, and my family who supports this crazy dream behind the scenes.

If you’re a fellow small business owner, just know you’re not alone. We’re all figuring it out one day at a time, and celebrating the little wins along the way. 🤍

Here’s to showing up, serving others, and trusting God with the rest.

Our July Member Spotlight is Kirsten!

🧡Name & kids’ ages- Kirsten. Kids are 7, 4, and 9 months.

💛How long have you been with iStroll Ocala and why did you join? I joined when it opened in March. (she is a re-launch founding member and previous member 2022-2024!)

🤍Biggest accomplishment since joining? Down 40 pounds once having my last baby.

🧡Favorite thing about iStroll? I love that I can bring my kids to iStroll and workout while they play with other kids.

💛Favorite local family activity? We enjoy going to car shows as a family.

🤍Coffee order? Cold brew with cold foam.

🧡Fun fact about yourself? Stingrays are my favorite animal and I went swimming with them in the middle of the ocean.

💛Advice for a new member? Showing up is the hard part. Once you’re there you’ll be easily motivated from the Mamas.

🤍What does “Stronger Together” mean to you? It means having a community to celebrate milestones together. Whether that’s Mama milestones or your kids milestones.

🧡How has iStroll impacted your life outside of fitness? I’ve built friendships that last outside of class to hang out together with or without kids.

This cutie and her brothers had a blast today hanging out, running and working out with us! 🧡💛🤍

Join us weekly M-W-F at the Paddock Market 9-10am for a HIIT family fitness class. Enter thru FourSmokesbbq. Afterwards check out the shops, grab a coffee from Moody’s, or stay for some amazing bbq lunch.

This Friday, June 26th will be our monthly coffee and play social event (this is a free event for anyone in the community to join us). Meet at Sipping Grounds Midtown 9:30am and then walk to Tuscawilla Park to play and socialize.
Every Tuesday we meet here at 8:30am for class on the patio!
