Monday there is no school :) We will have our Monday CrossFit Kids class at 9 AM.... and you can bring a friend to CrossFit kids Monday :) Hope to see everyone here at the gym !!

New Class Time: Starting next week, CrossFit Kids will be at 4pm instead of 5 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Two Week Sessions Mon-Thurs
Ages 4-9, 8:30-9:30 am
