The Licensed Practical Nurse works under the direction of physicians, or Registered Nurses. LPN may supervise Nursing Assistants in patient care functions. Analyze her/his potential and select appropriate goals for vocational mobility. Meet the basic needs of patients assigned to her/his care. Administer effective individual patient care through the application of the nursing process. Perform as a reliable member of the health team under the supervision of a professional nurse. Give skilled nursing care within the scope of the law and in accordance with the "Code of Ethics". Show a willingness to keep abreast of changes by participating actively in her/his job obligation. The Licensed Practical Nurses shows accountability for her/his own actions.

We have lost one of our Golden Nurses. She will always be remembered for her kindness, her warmth, and from the kid's point of view her snacks. She always came to work ready to spread her love and joy. The children loved her for all the fun they had together. Our prayers go out to her family.

A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is expected to work under the RN, whilst following center procedures to perform various patient care activities and services. The CNA is committed to providing the highest level of care on a daily basis and is willing to work closely with our nursing team to ensure that our patients at CHPCC needs are met. The CNA assists our patients with all of the activities of daily living, such as feeding, bathing, dressing and interacting.

The Registered Nurse provides direct skilled nursing care to patients, deliver/participates in health education programs and provide consultative services regarding issues relevant to the practice of nursing while patients receiving center-based services at Cradling Hands Pediatric Care Corp (CHPCC). The Registered Nurse administers medications under the supervision of doctors and keeps records of symptoms and progress. The Registered Nurse also supervises Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Nursing Aides.
