I'm Staci, a certified Flexibility Coach and a Yoga Trapeze instructor, living in and loving the Florida sunshine!
My goal is to help you focus on and build your strength, flexibility, basic range of motion, mobility and balance.
I offer private, 60 minute deep stretching, flexibility training sessions via zoom and I am planning to add small group classes as well!
Also I am currently offering private, 60 minute Yoga Trapeze training sessions via zoom ** You must have your own rig**

** Deep, Passive stretching Helps to relax your body and your muscles. Surprisingly, muscles stretch best when they are relaxed! Mostly focused on lengthening and opening your hips, hamstrings and spine.
