The NCAC Coaching Staff of the Year is led by Head Coach Ryan P***k, Associate Head Coach Thomas Klosowski, and Assistant Coach Evan Bongers. The Oberlin men’s lacrosse team finished the season 12–6 (6–2 NCAC), finishing as NCAC Regular Season Champions and earning the No. 1 seed in the conference tournament.

The Yeomen’s 12 wins tie the program record for most in a single season, while their six conference victories set a new program best. Oberlin also posted its highest in conference winning percentage since 1967 (.750). Signature wins included victories over Denison and No. 20 Ohio Wesleyan, Oberlin’s first win over Denison since 1970 and first over Ohio Wesleyan since 1960. The win over Ohio Wesleyan also marked the program’s first ever victory over a ranked opponent.

Oberlin received votes in Weeks 8, 9, and 12 of the USILA National Coaches Poll, reflecting the strongest season in program history.
