Nah, I like to get in my own way.

I LOVE how I feel when I am done stretching but I don't look forward to doing it. I feel great the next day (same with getting to bed on time), I KNOW this and don't do it.

I must not want to grow my muscles, live longer, move with ease as I age, or feel better. 🙄

These are the top rated apps. I personally have the Bend app and it is not free but it is a fantastic app that times your stretches and you pick what area you need to work on and how long you have.

The other 3 are free and do similar things. If you are using an app, comment which one and if you like it.

Im thinking about getting out of my own way. 😉

And... greek yogurt is terrible. (Unrelated but needs to be said)

Balance Built people — I need your honest feedback. ❤️

I am asking for a few reasons, but I want anyone that has been thinking about coming to know some honest feedback.

If you've taken Strength with me consistently — whether you're a current member or haven't been in a while — what changed for you?

Not just physically.

Did you get stronger? Sleep better? Have more energy? Feel better mentally? Notice everyday things getting easier? Did anything surprise you?

And I really do want the good, the bad, AND the ugly.

Maybe you loved it. Maybe there were things you didn't like. Maybe you stopped coming and there's a reason why. You won't hurt my feelings.

I want to know what Strength at Balance Built has actually done for the people who've experienced it — and what I could do better.

So tell me the truth. 👇

You don't have to wait 6 weeks to see results from exercise.

Sometimes you feel them after ONE workout.

Come take your first class at Balance Built and I promise you'll leave with a sense of accomplishment — that “I did something good for myself today” feeling.

And if you don't?

I'll give you your money back. 😉

Your first class is FREE.

So technically… I've got a pretty solid money-back guarantee. 😂

Come try it. No pressure. No need to already be “in shape.” Just show up.

One workout. One win. Let's build from there. 💪

Four weeks. No restrictive diet. No obsession with the scale. Just a woman who decided it was time to invest in her health and trust the process. ❤️

When we started, weight loss was part of the goal—but it wasn't the whole goal.

She wanted to feel better.
She wanted to get stronger.
She wanted to wake up without hurting.

About four weeks later, her numbers ARE changing:

⬇️ 6.6 lbs total weight
⬇️ 5 lbs estimated body fat
⬇️ 1.3 percentage points body fat
⬇️ visceral fat rating from 20 → 18.5

But when I asked how she felt about her progress, the scale wasn't what she was excited about.

She told me she's feeling stronger. Her clothes are fitting differently. And she's waking up in the morning without the pain that was one of her biggest reasons for starting.

THAT is the win.

We aren't starving.

We aren't cutting out entire food groups.

We aren't trying to see how little she can eat or how fast we can make the scale drop.

We're strength training. We're working on protein and nutrition habits. We're building something she can actually live with.

And yes—the weight loss is coming along for the ride.

This is why I believe so strongly that your health journey has to be about more than making yourself smaller.

Build strength.
Build habits.
Build a body that serves you well.

The rest gets a whole lot easier from there. 💪

Instead of posting the full hour (can send YouTube link if you want to see all of it), I will be posting shorts on main topics over the next week.

Tomorrow is a fresh Monday!

What if this week you stopped trying to punish your body... and started rewarding it instead?

Reward it by getting stronger. Reward it by building muscle. Reward it by showing up consistently. Reward it by falling in love with the process instead of chasing the scale.

Strong bodies aren't built overnight. They're built one workout, one habit, and one Monday at a time.
Come build with us.
