Afro-Latinos Have a Well-Deserved Place at the New National Museum of African American History The 400,000 square-foot museum sits on the National Mall and features more than 36,000 artifacts that aim to explore all parts of blackness.

Formerly known as Mujeres Unidas,this collective of Latinx students on campus is changing the group name to better represent the people that form it. (Our email alias remains the same for now, our info will be updated once we are able to officially change it)

While mills does admit undocumented students, it does little for them once they’ve been admitted. The lack of support undocumented students face at Mills is frustrating to say the least, especially since the community often faces invisibility, as consequences of being open about their status is a fear many undocumented folks share.
