My big brother Marcus is now a BLACK BELT IN BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU!!! I’ve watched your dedication to martial arts since I was a young boy. Thank you for showing me what never giving up truly looks like!! I couldn’t be prouder of you, Marc!!!

27 YEARS. I got clean and sober on January 3rd, 1999 after years of drug and alcohol abuse and many months of suicidal ideations. I’m forever grateful for the life that Alcoholics Anonymous and the 12 steps of recovery have given me. I still go to meetings to remember where I came from and to give back to the place that saved me and made me a productive member of society. For anyone that needs help or wants to learn more, there are thousands of meetings every day in person, on the phone and online, and they don’t cost a dime. Feel free to message me if you have questions about my experience strength and hope.
