Y’all know organization and I have a complicated relationship, so anytime I find something that makes my small business life easier, I have to share it!

Here is one of my favorite little organization hacks for prepping my X ray marker orders. Instead of printing out a bunch of order sheets or having tiny pieces everywhere, I use these push binder clips to keep everything together.

I prep each X ray marker set by putting the acrylic pieces, decals, and lead letters into little bags. Then I use one of these clips to keep everything for that design together. When it is finally time to sit down and start making orders, I can literally grab a set and get straight to work.

It seems like such a tiny change, but anything that saves me time and keeps my workspace from turning into complete chaos is a WIN.

In my Respiratory Therapist Era, and this badge reel is for the people who literally help others breathe a little easier every single day.

Simple, bold, and one of those patterns that never gets old. These turquoise and black checker X ray markers are officially ready for their new home.

I love making all the detailed themed sets, but sometimes you just need a good classic checker pattern. The turquoise against the black gives these such a bright pop of color while still keeping the overall design clean and simple. Add the lead letters and everything comes together perfectly.

These are made for the X ray techs and radiology students who want their everyday markers to have a little personality without needing a big theme or design.

And this is exactly why I love having so many different X ray marker options in my shop. Some of you want characters, some want medical themes, some want spooky, and some just want a really good pattern.

There is just something about a fresh crayon pen that screams back to school season.

These crayon themed pens are always really popular around this time of year, so I thought I would bring you along from start to finish while I made this bright light green one. From adding that gorgeous glitter to creating and cutting all of the vinyl in house with my Cricut, every little detail comes together one step at a time.

Once the vinyl is exactly where I want it, everything gets sealed with UV resin to give the pen that smooth, shiny finished look. I absolutely love watching these transform from a simple pen into something fun and completely different.

Teachers deserve cute supplies too, right? Whether this ends up sitting on a teacher’s desk, being used for grading papers, writing lesson plans, or mysteriously disappearing because someone borrowed it, at least it started out cute.

In my Sonographer Era, and this badge reel is for everyone who knows there is so much more behind that ultrasound screen than people realize.

Okay, these fire truck X ray markers might be one of the most fun first responder sets I have made.

We have fire trucks, ladders, hydrants, flames, traffic cones, and all the little details that bring the entire design together against that black background. I love how much the red stands out, especially once the lead letters are added and everything is sealed and finished.

These would be perfect for an X ray tech or radiology student who is also a firefighter, comes from a firefighter family, loves first responder designs, or simply wants something different for their marker collection.

One of my favorite parts about making X ray markers is being able to create so many different themes because everybody has something that represents them outside of radiology too.

For the X ray techs who can position a patient all day and then go home and immediately turn on a true crime documentary, these were made for you.

Introducing the True Crime Lover X ray markers. I absolutely love how this set combines two completely different worlds into one design. We have the classic crime scene details, evidence markers, fingerprints, chalk outlines, handcuffs, and all those little investigative touches on a black background.

They are dark, fun, a little mysterious, and definitely different from some of the brighter X ray marker sets I usually make.

I know I cannot be the only person who puts on a true crime documentary while crafting, cleaning, working, or doing basically anything around the house. So naturally, the radiology world needed a true crime set too.

If you guys know me, then you already KNOW pastels have my heart forever. And if you really know me, you know I love a good fine glitter too. So when our girl Chrissy over at Melon Crafting Co. came out with an entire PASTEL LINE, I was immediately obsessed.

Here is your little sneak peek because these beauties officially launch August 30th, and I already have plans for them. On Thursday, August 20th, I will be going LIVE and making a pen with every single color so we can see these gorgeous glitters come to life together. I do not have an exact time yet, so stay tuned because Thursdays are officially becoming my live days.

Sometimes the easiest way to elevate a pen is to make it LOOK like you did way more work than you actually did.

This was one of my absolute favorite pens from my Halloween drop, and since I have a couple of these ordered this week, I thought this was the perfect time to show you the little trick I used to create all of these spooky colors.

Instead of individually glittering every single color, I grabbed my Counter Culture DIY Pop of Color paints and painted on three neon colors to create that bright Halloween swirl. I let everything completely dry, then went over the entire pen with one gorgeous glitter.

And LOOK at the difference.

Once that glitter hits those painted colors, it completely transforms the pen. You still get the pink, purple, and green showing underneath, but now everything has that sparkly finish like each section was individually glittered.

A little paint, a little glitter, and a whole lot of spooky magic.
