Benefits are being distributed on a rolling basis beginning this month!

Virginia SUN Bucks is a grocery benefit that helps eligible families with the cost of groceries during summer break when most schools are not in session. Most children eligible to receive Virginia SUN Bucks benefits will receive them automatically without having to fill out an application.

🍓 If your household receives SNAP or TANF, your school‑age child is automatically enrolled — no application needed.

🍐 There are other ways students can be automatically enrolled. Take the quick eligibility quiz at VirginiaSunBucks.com to learn more.
