Staff Retreat 2026-2027: Welcome to the PYC Den! 🦊💚🩷🩵

Our PYC staff caught up at June’s after a lovely summer break. Celebrated a few birthdays, enjoyed coffee and breakfast together, and traded stories about our summer adventures. What a blessing to work with dear friends!

So happy to be back together this coming week for our Staff Retreat, Meet and Plays for our families, and Classroom Prep. It’s going to be a fantastic year! 💕

Our annual PYC Kids’ Camp Night was such a fun event! Cookie decorating, birdhouse painting, bear hunting, and play-play-playing! Thank you for those who participated. We raised $1,187.31 for our BabyTALK programs. What a blessing!

Shoutout to our big kid and teen helpers: Reese, Reagan, Emery, Josh, Adyn, and Lidia. The kids loved you!

We loved seeing so many of our PYC families at our summer park play dates in June and July. Such a wonderful way to stay connected with returning families and get acquainted with new ones! Which park was your favorite?!

PYC Families - you outdid yourselves! What an amazing week of treats, gifts, food, fun - we are SO grateful! Thank you for making our staff feel loved and supported. But most of all, thank you for the gift of your precious children. They are an absolute joy to teach!

What a sweet surprise from our parents today to kickoff Teacher Appreciation Week! Thanks for the pick me up from Halftime Sips! So tasty and refreshing! 🥤💕🍑🍓

Tomorrow’s the day! Join us for PYC Sunday at Faith Lutheran’s 10:30am service and then stay after to celebrate Ms. Heather’s 14 years of service at our sweet little school! All PYC families, past and present, are more than welcome!

PYC Sunday at Faith Lutheran Church will be Sunday, April 26 at the 10:30am service. Join us for kid-friendly worship followed by a retirement reception for our beloved Ms. Heather. Let’s fill the pews with the beautiful sounds of children and then send Ms. Heather off to her next chapter with love and joy!
