For the past several months, I have been working on a project near and dear to my heart titled “La Yave d’Espanya: A Celebration of Jewish Heritage in Spain.” On Sunday, March 2nd, at 2pm, I will be sharing my research at a lecture-demonstration at Finkelstein Memorial Library- 24 Chestbut Street, Spring Valley, NY. Thanks to funding from , admission is free!

I did a pretty cool thing last night! I was invited to moderate the post-performance chat at the Joyce Theater for Flamenco Vivo Carlota Santana's show, "Equilibrio." The program was absolutely wonderful, and hopefully the conversation was too :)

This weekend, students at Ballet Hispánico School of Dance performed for family and friends at the La Academia Winter Showcase. My students performed a style of dance called Jota from the Spanish province of Aragón. I love the fact that I can share the diversity of Spanish dance with my students. They did a fabulous job and I am proud!
