A month or so ago, I was hit with a deep inspiration to create an intimate event that focuses on cultivating a deep sense of self-love.
Well, it actually didn't start with the inspired creation...it's been an unraveling journey of my own through the murkiness of what I teach as a professional, and how I BE as myself.
I am not kind to myself. If I tell you I unconditionally love myself, that would be untrue. There are aspects of myself that I absolutely think are amazing, badass and meant to be celebrated - but in full transparency, I spend a lot of time talking myself out of how capable I am, how smart I am, how good of a parent or wife I am, how beautiful I am.
That little girl in the picture has been yearning for love, and to feel safe. She has auctioned off important parts of herself in the name of Love.
Perhaps I should have recognized years ago that the love I was desperately seeking was self-love, but it seems the time is now, so I went on a quest.
Make no mistake, I am a student, but I believe in the power of connection and energetics in a room, and I believe when we experience this work together, it will literally be life-altering.
I started by journaling and brain-dumping all of the luscious ideas in my mind that I felt would cultivate an energy of true LOVE, and then I took that brain-dump and plopped it into the lap of a friend of mine to see what she thought. It ignited both of us and we anchored it in. ✨🔥
On April 19th from 6pm - 9pm in Emerson at Moon House Yoga, we will be having a very personal and special event.
If this has spoken to you and you want more information, or you already know that you want to join us, please comment below or send me a DM. I will send you the link to register.
Here is to us, and all the love we deserve.💖
