🌟 Celebrating Our Amazing Ekal Youth Volunteers 🌟

Hello, Ekal Family!

We're bursting with gratitude and excitement as we reflect on the incredible support and dedication of our youth volunteers during our recent annual fundraising event. These remarkable young individuals have truly gone above and beyond to make a significant impact, and we can't thank them enough.

🎉 First and foremost, a massive shout-out to Parikh Jeet Parikh, a senior from Northwood High School in Irvine. Jeet's unwavering commitment and creativity shone brightly as he set up a captivating booth for Ekal Vidyalaya. Using his remarkable 3D printing skills, he crafted mini models and signs that left everyone in awe. Jeet, you are a true inspiration!

👕 Dhriti and Karthik, your talents in design brought a splash of color and innovation to our event. The eye-catching T-shirts you designed for Ekal were a hit among attendees, spreading the message of our cause with style and flair. Your dedication to our mission is commendable.

🤝 Rishi J and Vedant T, your tireless support throughout the entire event did not go unnoticed. You were there whenever and wherever needed, embodying the spirit of teamwork and selflessness. Your willingness to lend a hand made a world of difference.

👏 And a special round of applause goes to Mrudula C (President Youth Voluneer Team, Irvine) for leading and guiding these young volunteers with wisdom and passion. Your mentorship has nurtured the growth of these incredible individuals, and it is evident in their outstanding contributions.

🌟 Ekal Greater LA & OC Chapter Annual Event 🌟

What an unforgettable evening it was at the Ekal Annual Event! 🎉 The stage came alive with the enchanting rhythms of Kathak dance, both in its classical form and the vibrant Bollywood style. The highlight of the evening was the mesmerizing dance drama "Jataayu Moksh," which transported the audience to a different era.

But that's not all! We also paid a heartfelt musical tribute to the legendary Gopal Marathe Ji, with performances by his son Nishad Marathe and the talented Dr. Seema Hanamsagar, accompanied by a stellar team of artists.

As the melodies of old Bollywood classics filled the air, the audience couldn't resist the urge to dance along. It was a night of pure joy and entertainment, as donors, volunteers, and their families came together to celebrate the magic of Ekal.

Before the performances began, everyone relished a delicious buffet dinner, and our dedicated youth volunteers set up engaging booths for all to enjoy. The program kicked off with the stirring renditions of the US and Indian National Anthems, instilling a sense of unity and pride.

Punam Kumar's dance school, "Shivam Arts & Dance School," showcased the grace and beauty of classical dance in the first half of the program. After a delightful tea break, the second half continued with the soulful tribute to Gopal Marathe Ji. MMLA also contributed towards which was raised as a tribute to Gopal Marathe ji!

We were honored to have Mrs. Pratibha Goyal, Pacific Region Regional President, and former board member Uma Gulani Ji among our esteemed guests.

This evening was a resounding success, thanks to the unwavering support of our donors, volunteers, and their families. It's moments like these that make the Ekal Annual Event truly special. 🙏🎶✨ Ekal Vidyalaya Foundation USA Shivam Arts School of Kathak Dance
