First time attempting the Ranger Roll! 🪖 Just goes to show what a diverse natural movement practice can do. 💯 When your training is focused on movement skills first, and you allow the conditioning to follow (versus conditioning focus and no technique), you more easily unlock new movement skills and become truly, practically fit. 💪🏼 Don’t just be fit for “fitness” sake or for the aesthetics (those will come naturally). Passed the BBS1 test with a 98, and already started the BBS2 testing. 🔥
