You know that feeling


You see the shot.

You know exactly where you want to hit it.

You swing


And somehow the ball goes everywhere except where you wanted it to go. đŸ˜©

That’s exactly what was happening here.

She wasn’t struggling because she couldn’t hit a forehand.

She was struggling because she wasn’t getting her feet around the ball.

Once we fixed that, everything changed.

The swing was never the real problem.

And sometimes that’s all it takes,
