Volunteers are needed at the following home court basketball games:

-April 4

-April 18

-May 2

-May 9

1st game starts at 5:30 and second game starts at 6:30.

The Southwestern Middle School PTSO needs help from members!

Volunteers are needed for pre-sales during lunch periods on Tuesday,02/06, Wednesday 02/07 and Thursday 02/08 for PTSO Valentine's Day Ring Pop Grams. Help is needed to assist with pre-sale forms and collect payment for the V-Day Grams. Must have an approved VCS volunteer application on file to assist with this.

Below are some fun upcoming events that the PTSO needs membership help from.

October:
"Not So Scary Treat for faculty and staff" - Membership help is needed.

November:
"Sonny’s BBQ Spirit Night" [Deland location]
Date: November 8th, 2023.
10% of all sales on that night will go to SMS PTSO.

December:
"Winter Wonderland Drive Thru" - PTSO Membership to assist as needed per SMS staff instructions. Information to follow.
Date TBA

"Fall/Winter Dance" - A PTSO member is needed to Chair this event! Additional membership help will be needed the day of dance.

2024 Events:
" School Campus Beautification " - This is a SMS project that the PTSO is assisting with. Family and/or business donations of time and /or materials are needed. Do you have any friends/ family contacts with landscaping or construction that could assist with this? If so PLEASE send contact information to the Southwestern Middle School PTSO.

"Spring Formal Dance" - A PTSO member is needed to Chair this event! Additional membership help will be needed the day of dance.

Please plan on attending the Southwestern Middle School PTSO's first meeting of the 2023/2024 school year tomorrow, Monday, 9/18/23, immediately following the SMS SAC Meeting at 4:45pm. Both meetings will be held in the Media Center.
