We had a great Sarah Canterberry Memorial Workout today!

We told some stories about her and worked on some of her favorite techniques. We also worked on Futari Gake which is two attackers and you do simultaneous techniques on them.

Stay tuned for other pictures or videos - including the recipient of the annual scholarship in Sarah’s name.

Mark your calendars for May 9th for the annual Sarah Canterberry Memorial Workout from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

We will have fun with throws and stories about Sarah. We will also announce the recipient of the dojo scholarship in Sarah’s honor for a year of free classes.

As always, there is no cost for Sarah’s memorial.
