Boreal Discovery - Tutoring I am a certified teacher who worked in Fairbanks and North Pole schools for 15 years. I have been a teacher in North Pole and Fairbanks for over 15 years.

I recently stepped away from the classroom to start a new education journey. I'm here for all your tutoring or small group needs, and some summer camp fun! Tomorrow is the first day of classes for Boreal Discovery this school year! I have the first day jitters! Tomorrow I will meet several new students and get to catch up with some familiar faces. Excitement!

An in-person Alaska History class that can be on your student’s ILP! Come join us to learn about the Klondike Gold Rush with a focus on the Chilkoot Trail. This class is designed for upper elementary and middle school students. Class starts Wednesday, September 9th.

Today's class highlight: Write to Publish!

We're creating a publication! This is a student-led course. Students will get to choose what they write about, and how we publish. The goal of this class is for students to find value in their writing, write about things that interest them, hone their writing skills, and write for a true audience.
