As a customer representative for U-Haul I know you U-Haul from inside out Xavier's quality equipment on any vehicle and for repair cuz there's only qualified personnel to do the repairs, because when you're brand new tire blows out going down the alkan don't blame U-Uaullll equipment . I know they only used quality equipment because I seen them from the inside out recondo Childers

Let me share a U-Haul moment with you, as we were traveling through Canada we came through a little community Watson Lake . the right side tow dolly tire blowout.
Sarah my wife of 47 years grab the registration pamphlet holder and found a service number in case of trouble, called a service representative who promptly found out our location lucky for us U-Haul had certified a local service station for such emergencies. It wasn't all that long before the service truck pulled up. Evaluated the situation, said it was too dangerous there we needed to move for safety reasons. After fixing the trailer tire we noticed that my right rear truck tire was very low gave me some air and explained because my truck had low tire indicator it couldn't be plugged head remove the tire from the rim to fix.
When we finally get to Fairbanks again professional courtesy was extended to us. As a customer I am giving you a five star rating yes I'm looking forward to using your services again and by the way here's a picture of that truck tire
