Golf outing information for July 30th:
Bulldog Golf Classic-FORE Education
Start your Saturday morning with NPHS Booster Club and NPPSFoundation at Lake Maloney Golf Club. Registration opens at 7:30AM, Shotgun starts at 9AM. This 4-person scramble will have 3 flights and some interesting hole contests along the way.
$100pp and $400 for a team
Proceeds will benefit the NPHS Activities Department and NPPSFoundation Programs: Teacher scholarships (Class Act), REACH Grants (classroom grants) and Homework Club.
Cheerleaders will be selling burritos for $5 for the golfers.

Announcement of the passing of Jerome Francis Vieyra, II, 37, of North Platte, Nebraska, class is 2002. He left this life too soon March 31, 2022 in North Platte. Jerome’s legacy will live on in the sweet smiles and sparkling eyes of his precious children who will remember a father that loved them deeply.

Jerome is survived by his wife, Abigail of North Platte; children, Jerome “Tres” Vieyra III and Opela Vieyra from North Platte; his parents Jerry and Donna Vieyra, North Platte; sister, Salena (Caleb Goforth) Vieyra, Omaha, Nebraska; nephews, Logan and Aiden Goforth, Omaha, Nebraska; grandmother, Francis O. Vieyra; along with numerous other family members and many friends.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 3:00 P.M., Friday, May 13, 2022 at Saint John’s Catholic Church, Stapleton, Nebraska, with Rev. Thomas Gudipalli officiating. Rosary will be at 2:30 P.M., prior to Mass. Inurnment will follow the service at Loup Valley Cemetery, Stapleton, Nebraska. Book signing will be 9:00 -5:00, Thursday, May 12, 2022 at Adams & Swanson Funeral Home who is in charge of arrangements.

It is with a heavy heart we announce the passing of our classmate Kyle Norman. He and his wife Emily (Bomark) are both 2002 alumni. The family is accepting meal train and formal funeral announcements are yet to be arranged. Please consider donating and/or keeping them in your thoughts and prayers in this challenging time.
