Memorial Day run on the boardwalk down the Jersey Shore! Surprisingly decent pace and HR after running 36 miles the two days prior.

Awesome sunny run down the Jersey Shore to close out my peak week at 68.1 miles. Thought this would be on achey legs and sluggish after a 4 hour run yesterday, but felt easy, and great HR in zone 1 and low zone 2.

A cool driving rain turned today into a treadmill run. This meant I had to make it more interesting with increasing progressive pacing every 5 minutes.
