I feel it is important to train with a coach because sometimes it's hard to be objective about your own training. A coach takes the guesswork out and can help you train efficiently to safely reach your goals. Although I am a coach, I have my own running coach as well! I never ask my athletes to do something I’m not willing to do myself! This includes strength training, cross training, rest days, etc. I love to share my passion of running and training with others.
