I would like to especially thank Rabbi Amar of Chabad of Golden Beach for bringing us such an amazing speaker this past week (Rabbi Doctor Laibl Wolf) who came all the way from Australia!

This week I went to hear a class from Doctor Rabbi Laibl Wolf from Australia and was blown away by his first sentence!!!

And I quote "In the last 30 years our world has changed more than it did in its prior ((5,000)) years", thats right {5k} Our minds and bodies are trying to keep up with these changes and its definitely not an easy task for either of them. We all look, or have looked, at finding quick remedies, cures or solutions that we think will fix our problems, illnesses, mental states or at the very least ease the pain or suffering, whether it be physical or psychological or both!

There is no quick magical fix!!! No Amazing Miracle Working Doctors or Guru's!!!

HOWEVER there is a Light at the end of this tunnel!!! :)

THERE IS an AMAZING DOCTOR, PSYCHOLOGIST, GURU, MAGICIAN that can help us strengthen ourselves to withstand and overcome any and all changes, pain and suffering and the curve balls life constantly likes to throw at us. WHO is this person I speak of???

OURSELVES, yes thats right YOU!!! All of us need to be our own Doctor, Our own Psychologist, Our own Guru and Our own Magician. How you might ask? Well its simple, all you have to do is use the amazing tools that GOD has given each and every one of us, they include our Minds, Senses, Feelings and Self Awareness.

Stop Listening to all the Crap that there is out there in the world today, start listening to yourself and your body, the more clean and healthy the body the clearer the Mind and Soul and the easier it is to hear what they are constantly telling you.

There are so called Guru's like Tony Robbins, Deepak Chopra, Etc.. They are labeled as GURU's.

I have a lot of respect for both of them and believe that making themselves extremely wealthy is fair, because they do genuinely help people. BUT THEY ARE NOT GURU's!!!

They are simply Masters at 2 specific things;

1. Doing what most people don't do, and thats to seek out knowledge that has been around for thousands of years, summarizing that information, thereby translating it into practical usable information.

2. This is what they are really MASTERS at! DELIVERING the information they have gathered condensed and simplified into practical use for all.

What they are amazing at accomplishing, is mentally waking up their audience to get their minds working and thinking for themselves again and eventually training the audience to BECOME THEIR OWN GURU!

I am NO Guru or Genius all of what I write can be found in the teachings and lessons of the Torah and Chasidut, Especially from the teachings of Rabbi Nachman of Breslov the Great Grandson of the Holy Rabbi Yisrael Baal Shemtov!

If you succeed in loving someone that is difficult to love it is a more satisfying and fulfilling love. A tip for starters is to focus on all the good qualities a person has. I am no master at this but I am trying if we all succeed moshiach will be here that much sooner.

Even though at times you can be rough, chutzpadic, outspoken, loud, etc.... I love you all my jewish brothers and sisters. Loving people that are nice and easy going and an all around pleasure to be around are easy to love its the ones that are not that are a challenge to love.

Time to get closer to Hashem find him in everything you do, hear, say, see and experience everyday becaquse he is all of it!!! :) all the best everyone have a great week luv,
