When we come in, we"re not just on site. We're embedded in the team philosophy and committed to the vision that has been set. Whether it's speaking, professional development, literacy training, coaching, or modeling lessons, we come with the whole package to integrate as you desire.

We lead with ELA and literacy, but as instructional leader for 15 years, the content matters not because we coach to help educators improve overall effectiveness every single day. This is not something we just talk about but something we do everywhere we land. . . and it's god-led so we know there is no limit to how far we can go together.

These students overachieved, and at Joe Griffin Global Consulting LLC, we contribute to the success of students in many different ways. Everyone likes incentives, so we hyped them up!

Re: Even When Things Are Icy, Plan as if It's Clear

The final week of January '26 has arrived with a fury of snow, sleet, and ice in many areas of the U.S.

However, even when we become stuck physically, there are a few things we must do to maintain a mentality of progress:

1) Take the time to cherish how far you've come because stillness can generate forward movement if channeled properly. Be thankful for your journey.

2) Make the most of your thoughts by replacing negative visions with visions of ultimate success in your endeavors. Be the light on every dark pathway.

3) Shake off criticism, and shape your destiny by developing confidence in the area(s) you desire to advance. Be consistent, and put the work in!

See the beauty in your craft during icy times. The harder and smarter you work at your craft, the more self-assured you become. Be courageous to keep up a good fight through it all.

I got blessed to spend some time with a true "survivor" today, and what she's been able to do at her school as leader is absolutely amazing. Stay strong, and leep up the awesome work, Principal Dr. Crystal Watts!

It doesn't surprise me that she's a great principal because she was an amazing teacher at one of the schools I helped turnaround when I was principal.

I'm just happy to have been in the movie. To see the transition and growth!

Re: Get Where You Can See Clearly

Great day, All! I hope the weekend was good to you.

Sometimes we become embedded in situations without the clarity to see within because our heart and soul lives there. To see clearly with heart and soul, however, take these ideas into deep consideration:

1) Accept and provide feedback as an opportunity for growth, encouragement, and assistance, knowing it won't be heard without the acceptance of different perspectives.

2) Add and enhance tools from others' toolboxes to increase creativity in the experiences that you provide for others. Grow with and through people.

3) Take on each day as a part of the ultimate journey. Yesterday, today, and tomorrow have their own collective implications. Be ready for each one!

Over the next three weeks, get where you can see clearly what's taking place around you and before your eyes, realizing that multiple viewpoints can help build your reality.

Always working to connect with and empower others! There's great joy in helping push individuals, teams, schools, and communities to next levels. And be sure to help them with the same fervor, tenacity, and intensity that makes you successful. In other words, don't gatekeep and stop holding back!

Great day, Leaders! It's a beautiful thing to make progress and to be a gamechanger providing gamechanging consultation services. We bridge the biggest gaps in your academic program.

It hits different when you really have done the work, when you really have formed the relationships that led to collaboration, and when you really have produced positive academic data that has and cotinues to impact lives.
