RIDICULOUSLY thrilled and proud of my little sister, , and her trail-blazing song, “Too Much”, out on all streaming platforms!! It’s blown up this past week and I love seeing thousands of people now stand a little straighter, laugh a little louder, and maybe… just maybe… OWN THEIR VOICE and be the full, blazing person they were meant to be! You are never “too much” for the right people. And, , I’m so glad and lucky that we are each other’s people. BE TOO MUCH!!! And if someone makes you feel like you need to water yourself down, become more “digestible”, or squelch your feelings to make everyone else comfortable, show ‘em this song 😏😉 Happy Sunday

28 years ago, I was anxiously waiting with Grandad and Kristin, asking, “Is she here?!” every time the phone rang, so we could come and visit you at the hospital. Holding you in my arms, I had no idea how much my life would change for the better (and I have been changed for good 💚🩷).
Dashiel, you’ve made the world better (and my life more entertaining) since the beginning 🌺👑🌸🌙🌹🩷 I love you more than all the gummy sharks 🦈 in the world, and all the Pirates of the Caribbean quotes (next time: a REAL competition to see who knows the most. I think I’ll win). Happy birthday, 🧸🩷✨Thank you for being the best sister in the world (you are my heart) 🌎 This is going to be YOUR year (and it’s always your year 😉🎂🐆). First Thanksgiving in Lisbon with Mom!! 🌞🌽 This year, I’m so grateful for all of the amazing friends and people I’ve met so far on my move to Portugal. Although I haven’t been posting often over the past months, I’m simply “hibernating” and “refueling” in this period of deep change. So much of “who I thought I was” is transforming into something else, and I’m simply letting myself be until I feel ready to post again. I’m excited for this year and what Portugal and “life” will guide me towards. Ready for all things aligned. Sending much love!! 🌙🌞🐟✨

Opening for all of life’s possibilities. Listening to the wisdom of my body and soul. Respecting and honoring shifts and transitions.

Some of you may know, but I’m officially announcing it now: I’m moving to Portugal! It seemed like a no-brainer to move there, as I’ve always led an international life (I grew up traveling to India and other countries, lived in Paris and Indonesia, etc) and I also speak some Portuguese.

My Mom and her husband are also moving, and so we will be living nearby one another.

Change can be scary, but I’d rather embrace who I am becoming than reject or deny the wild life that’s inside of me, trying to constantly emerge. I’m grateful for life—for the signs it’s giving me, moment by moment—for my friends and family and for my own heart, which has been my wisest mentor from the beginning.

The dance has just begun and I’m already feeling the internal shifts that Portugal is giving me. I am ready to be opened yet again by life, and I kiss this next chapter 🌞

One of my favorite gifts this holiday season was my Mom, , giving her Dad (my and ’s Grandad) a book called, “Bob Can”. When my sister and I were little, our Grandfather took many of our family pictures and created very special way for us to learn to read: gathering our family photos and xeroxing them next to words that were phonics, which helped us learn to read and also associate friendly images from our own family life (photos of cousins, aunts, family pets) next words that rhymed and correlated with that word. As a result of Grandad’s amazing gift to us (and our parents lovingly reading to us every day), our ability to read skyrocketed during our first year. Reading is such a special experience, and I believe his gift to us set the stage for our own current love of learning (both my sister and I are active readers and learners today). My mom is actually in the midst of releasing an incredible product, , that is an honor to our Grandad and is a wonderful way to help kids learn to read by associating images from their own lives and pairing them with phonetic words (and proves to be faster and more effective than conventional reading education). Can’t even put into words how proud I am of my sister, , who won the VMA’s, “Best New Artist” for putting out a song that speaks to an ever-growing population of people speaking their truth and claiming who they are, in every way 🏳️‍🌈❤️ So proud of you, Chlo, for living aloud and staying your path (when many others abandon theirs).
