Edited to add billing options:
I have made the December calendar. Contract closed dates for December 24th, December 25th, and December 31st. January 1st will also be closed.
I do not have a menu for the month of December due to frequent late payments from multiple families I am not able to guarantee menu items. The children will receive at least two meals a day and also get multiple snacks. If any questions about what was served that day I can answer at pick up.
In regards to above I will be writing a late payment policy that will start January 1st. That policy will be that any payment paid after end of day Friday (closing at 6pm) will have a late fee of $5 billed. Any day after will be an additional $10. I understand financial obligations but, also depend on the payments I receive as the income for my family and can not continue to pay my bills late. Again, if you have any issues just please keep me informed as communication is very important.
We do offer multiple billing options of weekly, biweekly, and monthly. Drop ins are billed daily and paid at drop off. Weekly is at the start of the week. Biweekly is at the start of the grouped weeks. Monthly is at the beginning of the month.
