Congratulations to these Nighthawks, Jalyn James, Jenny Nguyen, and Jasmine Rodriquez who won a $25 gift certificate for the Cyber Security field trip at ECPI University. They were competing against their very own peers at Northwood’s Middle School where they learned how to communicate and collaborate with various methods of Information Security Technology that include hacking, phishing, IP address, and passwords.

Northwoods teachers are awesome!
Today students in 8th grade Social Studies participated in a Patriots vs. Loyalists debate. Students researched their side and argued for their position with classmates. To celebrate all the hardwork, Mr. Welch and Ms. Barbee dressed as soldiers from the Revolutionary War and Mr. Dubois dressed as a judge complete with a classic wig!
