Our NightHawks had an amazing time celebrating Pi Day (3.14)! 🎉 From math fun to hands-on activities, our students explored the importance of π in creative and exciting ways.

Students participated in:
🔢 Pi-Themed Math Activities – Challenging their skills and learning more about the magic of 3.14
🥧 Pie Fun & Treats – Because you can’t celebrate Pi Day without a little pie!
😂 Pie the Teacher! – Students had a blast getting the chance to pie their teachers—definitely a crowd favorite!
🎨 Creative Pi Art – Shoutout to Ms. Melia’s math classes for drawing fun and imaginative Pi-themed pictures!
🎯 Games & Challenges – Keeping everyone engaged and excited about math
🧠 Memorizing Digits of Pi – Some of our NightHawks showed off impressive memory skills!

It was a day full of learning, laughter, and lots of school spirit. Thank you to our teachers and staff for making math come alive in such a fun and memorable way!

Throughout the month, students are engaging in meaningful activities that highlight the contributions of influential women across all fields—past and present. From classroom discussions and projects to creative displays and recognition activities, our students are learning the importance of leadership, perseverance, and empowerment.

We are also taking time to recognize the amazing women within our own school community who inspire, lead, and make a difference every single day. 💐

Coach LJ continues to make a lasting impact as our 6th Grade Student Concern Specialist. Her dedication to building strong relationships with students, families, and staff creates a supportive environment where our NightHawks can thrive.

Ms. Barbee brings history to life in her classroom with passion, creativity, and enthusiasm. Her commitment to student engagement and growth truly shines, especially through her work with the American Revolution unit this year.
