Summer's Garden Wreath Workshop
Capture & display summer's garden beauty in this colorful wreath! Have fun being creative as you design a lush, garden inspired wreath bursting with seasonal color and texture. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll blend soft hydrangeas, airy caspia statice, fragrant lavender, blue salvia, fresh greenery like salal and cedar and wispy twigs to create a charming botanical wreath perfect for brightening your front door or favorite indoor space. Living Succulent Wreath Workshop!
Back by popular demand ~ we are offering this hands-on workshop at PF Chang's at the Summit Mall in Fairlawn on July 22nd. We'll help you create a living succulent wreath using a variety of rosettes, trailing vines, nestled into a moss-covered base. Whether hung on a door or laid flat as a candlelit centerpiece, your wreath becomes a sculptural celebration of the season. All materials, plants, and care instructions are provided. 🧺✨ Exciting News — I’m Teaching 3 Workshops at the Great Lakes Fiber Art Show in Wooster, OH - May 23 & 24 !!!
I’m thrilled to share that I’ll be teaching three hands‑on weaving workshops at the Great Lakes Fiber Art Show on Memorial Day weekend — one of the most joyful, creative, fiber‑loving events of the year.

If you’ve been wanting to learn basket weaving, try a new project, or simply enjoy a weekend surrounded by color, texture, and community, I’d love to have you join me.

Saturday, May 23 — A Charcuterie Tray Workshop
A beautiful, rustic woven tray perfect for entertaining. You’ll learn foundational weaving techniques and head home with a finished piece ready to use.

Sunday, May 24 (Morning) — A Spinner’s Companion Basket
A charming, functional basket designed with fiber artists in mind — great for tools, yarn, or display.

Sunday, May 24 (Afternoon) — A Whimsically Woven Crossbody Purse. A playful, creative project full of personality. This one is always a crowd favorite.

Each workshop is beginner‑friendly, hands‑on, and filled with laughter, learning, and that wonderful “I made this!” feeling.

What a wonderful Saturday with the Northeast Ohio Textile Artists!

I had the joy of teaching this talented and energetic group how to basket weave at the Summit Art Space in Akron this past Saturday. Together we created a Shaker Market Basket — a project with a few fun challenges, plenty of laughter, and great results.

Everyone dove in with enthusiasm, supported one another, bringing comradery & creativity to the room. I loved meeting new people, sharing this craft, and watching each basket take shape in its own unique way.

I had a great time last night at the Dragonfly Winery in Canal Fulton teaching 25 people in creating these beautiful & functional Garden Gathering Baskets! Special thanks to our Winery Manager for the evening "Lisa" she was the best :). Good wine, good food, great friends, cool project and as you can see in the picture everyone had a good time!
