Happy Monday! The countdown is on...It's crunch time!
Every student knows what a tough time of year this is. Preparing for final exams and finding time for the holiday is hard. Everyone has a hectic schedule. Navigating the malls, present shopping, attending holiday parties for work and family, budgeting for the spending season, dealing with the family members that make you crazy (We all have them) are huge stressors. Don't loose your focus! Getting upset, giving up, or taking your frustrations out on others will only make things worse. Set aside time to check your course schedule, make sure your assignments are complete, follow your study guides-and study for exams! Then enjoy the holidays:)

Have you ever heard that and thought, "Well, if that were true then I'd be the most productive person on the planet!"
Well, it is true! Good stress can enhance performance and well-being, improve memory, give you energy, and help to motivate you. Bad stress can cause anxiety, decrease performance, and lead to mental and physical problems. Learn the difference between good stress and bad stress, and follow these 7 ideas, from GoZen.com founder Renee Jain, to harness "good" stress and minimize "bad" stress.
