Rutgers Beginner Farmer Training Program Rutgers Beginner Farmer Training Program is a program of the NJAES. The only question is: RU Ready to Farm? RU ready to farm?

Our team of agricultural experts will give you the tools and information you need to succeed. The Rutgers Cooperative Extension Beginner Farmer Training program can help get you ready. This multi-year program will provide online and in-person education and training in a wide range of farming topics, from planting and harvesting, to planning and marketing.

September is always bittersweet! We made it through our farming season, but it means we also say goodbye to this year’s Phase 2 training class and our wonderful student interns Angie and Yeresy as they head back to school. We had a great season and are already looking forward to next year!
