Art I students wrapped up the year with pixel-inspired paper chain murals based on the work of street artist 🎨
Using colorful paper chains, students transformed digital-style pixel designs into large collaborative artworks inspired by INVADER’s iconic street mosaics. These creative legacies will be displayed as part of the start of the 2026–2027 school year at HSMS. Great work by Ms. Hargrove’s students!

Ms. Miller’s 6th grade science classes wrapped up the year with one final lab full of flips, physics, and fun! 🧪💧
Students tested bottles with different amounts of water, ranging from 100–500 mL, to see which amount would produce the most successful “upright lands” when flipping bottles. After collecting data and analyzing results, they discovered that 100 mL gave the best results!
This hands-on lab helped students explore physics concepts like balance and center of gravity while ending the year on a high note. Great work, scientists! 🔬
