We are thrilled to announce that the Norman High and Norman North AP Capstone teachers and Librarians were recently awarded the 2026 University of Oklahoma Libraries’ Library Partner Award. Pictured here with their stunning awards, are Ms. Friesen, AP Seminar teacher, Mrs. Pangburn, Librarian, and Mrs. Hoggatt , AP Research teacher. Our collaborative partnership with the exceptional librarians at OU, who provide invaluable presentation consultations and research support, empowers NHS AP Capstone students to excel. Stop by the Library this week to check out books for summer reading. 📚😎 Returning students in grades 9-11, come grab as many books as you can carry (no, really, we mean it)!

May is Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month. Visit the library to explore our curated display of books showcasing AAPI characters.

Want to check out books to read over the summer? Stop by the library to talk to a librarian. You must be a 9th-11th grader who will return to NHS in the fall. You may check out as many books as you need to read over the summer.

Last book club of the year is Thursday, 5/14 at 8:30am in room 703. We will discuss plans for next years and celebrate this year's accomplishments! Bring a friend!

Check those backpacks and bring your books back to the library TODAY!

The weekend is the perfect time to search for those missing library books! Don't forget, books are due on Wednesday, May 13th.
