Feeling OVERWHELMED?
Make a list with the #1 Priority at the top, less at the bottom and attach deadlines.

In a quiet moment with God, I was asking Him to be with me. I then realized I was the one shut off. It occurred to me when I did the act of asking Him His presence was always there. Immediately He began to give me signs of His presence.

Hope is everywhere when we are open to it!

My sweet sisters, do you struggle to trust that God will restore you to even greater honor and comfort you?(Psalm 71:21)

This truth hit me at 4 in the morning:
Praise and worship God for He is our power, unfailing love, and strength. We must set our intention to wake up in the morning and sing His praises. This will reassure you that God is with you throughout the day and there is no match for that truth. Psalms 59:16-17

How do you overcome fear and stress?

Below are a few things I like to do to clear my body and mind of worry:
1. Read my Bible 📖
2. Journal my thoughts 💭
3. Find scriptures that apply to my worries 😊
4. Pray for wisdom and safety 🙏🏼
5. Meditate and visualize trauma leaving my body and replace it with love ❤️
6. Visualize handing my cares upon my God
