Upon deep reflection, I realized that literally everything I do is for, or for the benefit of someone else, and that is not serving me well.
I have not included myself in the equation of my life, and I’m ready to change that. I have loved others deeply, and its time to love myself just as deeply. I will be pulling my time and energy back into myself and away from social media.
I have loved the people and connections I have made because of social media, but it has begun to suck the life out of me.
I will only be sharing my life and my work through email and within my personal communities (and with those who have my cell number).
I will still be posting my podcast episodes and media appearances on my socials, but nothing more.
If you would like to keep in touch through one of these avenues, see … ⬇️
I love you! 🩷🫶🏻

Many of you are wanting to know more about my talk at the University of Oxford. While I will receive the recording, it will not be available until after the first of the year.
So, I’m offering a private sneak peek via Zoom on Thursday, Nov. 13th!
I introduce you to my newest creation called Your Authenticity Score: Reconnecting with Who You Truly Are. I will be diving deeper in the webinar than I was able to during my talk!
Have you ever been told to “just be yourself,” and thought, “I would, if I even knew who that was anymore”?
You’re not alone.
Between the expectations you’ve carried, the roles you’ve played, and the noise of daily life, you may have drifted away from the truest version of yourself. You’ve done everything “right,” yet something still feels off, like you’re living on autopilot, performing instead of being.
It’s time to pause and reconnect.
This isn’t another test or personality quiz. Your Authenticity Score isn’t about measuring who you are, it’s about remembering who you’ve always been beneath the noise.
You’ll leave with clarity, confidence, and simple reflection prompts to help you check your alignment anytime, anywhere.
In full transparency, I will also share how you can continue this journey with me, exploring Your Authenticity Score more personally and fully, for those ready to go deeper.
Reserve your spot now to start realigning with your true self.

JUST BE YOURSELF
Have you ever been told to “just be yourself,” or heard someone like me talk about being authentic, but you’re not quite sure how because you don’t really know who “yourself” is anymore?
I get questions about this a lot from people who want to be authentic but feel disconnected from who they really are.
And honestly, I understand that feeling deeply.
After living ten years with a broken neck, I had to completely rediscover who I was beneath the pain, the roles, and the expectations.
Through that experience, I learned that authenticity isn’t about trying to be yourself, it’s about remembering yourself. It’s peeling back everything you thought you had to be until what’s left finally feels like you.
If hearing more about my journey, and what I’ve learned along the way, would be helpful for you, I’d love to share it. After all, using my experience to help others navigate this journey is the whole purpose!
Please share your questions, here or privately, and I’ll be happy to answer them!

At this point, I should probably just start every post with:
“Once again, I’m speechless …”
Because truly, life keeps handing me moments that leave me without words (and that’s saying a lot for someone who talks for a living).
I’ve been given the opportunity to work with Lisa Nichols. Yes, THAT Lisa Nichols - motivational speaker, author, powerhouse, and someone whose voice has impacted millions, including me.
This opportunity didn’t show up in a season of hustle. It found me in a season of slowing down. Of choosing rest. Of choosing self-care. Of learning NOT to equate worth with productivity.
And every time I do that, every time I really commit to taking care of myself, something shifts. Something opens. And without fail, something unexpected finds its way to me.
This time, it was this.
Corey Poirier, thank you from the bottom of my heart for opening this door for me through bLU Talks. You may never fully know what this means to me.
There’s still a lot I’m processing. But I can tell you this:
Alignment creates access.
And honoring yourself creates room for what’s meant for you.

Holding Space with Authentically Amy is now a podcast! 💫
Not a podcast you listen to for tips or takeaways. It’s a space you enter. A space where you don’t have to be okay. Where you don’t have to know what to say. Where nothing needs to be solved or explained.
This is what I needed when I was falling apart. Not advice. Not noise. Just space.
Space to breathe.
Space to break down.
Space to exist without interpretation.
So I created it.
This podcast is an extension of my Authentically Amy series, where we talk about the things most people avoid. The hard, tender, honest things that make us real. The things that crack us open and remind us that we’re not alone.
Some episodes are shared conversations, and others are private sessions I reflect on anonymously. But all of them are raw, human moments, held with care, not commentary.
Holding Space with Authentically Amy will help you remember what it means to be truly human, and that you’re not the only one feeling what you’re feeling.
If you’re tired of pretending, if you’re craving a place to lay it all down, this is for you.
To hold space means to offer someone a moment where they can show up fully without being judged, fixed, rushed, or expected to be anything other than human.
It’s a space where masks come off.
Where emotions are welcome.
Where silence is safe.
Where truth can rise without needing to be polished.

And, I’m opening it to you!
And in full transparency:
I’m offering these podcast sessions on a pay-what-you-can basis, until my soul tells me otherwise.
Not because this work isn’t valuable, but because I believe in energy exchange. When both of us show up with intention, the space becomes even more sacred. And, I want this to be accessible to anyone who needs it.
So if you’re feeling the pull to breathe, to be held, to just simply be without explanation, tell me below or DM me, because this space is for you.
