The Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs (ODVA), in partnership with Custom Suits & Life Skills, will host a Suit Giveaway Event on Monday, November 10, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at ODVA Headquarters located at 2132 NE 36th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73111.

This special event is designed to support Oklahoma veterans as they prepare for job interviews, public speaking, business engagements, professional transitions, and new employment opportunities. Each veteran who attends will receive a professional suit at no cost to them.

Custom Suits & Life Skills works to empower individuals by helping them build confidence through appearance, presentation, and personal development tools. Partnering with ODVA aligns with both organizations’ mission of supporting the success and future opportunities of those who served.

All Oklahoma veterans are welcome. Supplies are limited and distribution will take place on a first-come, first-served basis.

On November 11 at 1100 to 1230, the American Legion Post 88 and the Department of Veterans Affairs will host a Veterans Day Celebration/Luncheon at the Norman Adult Wellness and Education Center located at 602 N. Findlay Ave in Norman. All Veterans and their spouses are invited.
