The 2026 Academic Tech Expo(ATE) is approaching! 🥳

ATE is a collaborative event to enhance interdisciplinary technology use and effectiveness at both inside and outside the classroom!

The conference will be virtual on January 15th and in-person on the Norman campus on January 16th; breakfast and lunch will be provided to registrants on this day. Faculty, Staff, and Graduate students are encouraged to register NOW!

OU IT is hosting an XR* Roundtable, Thursday, April 24th, from 10 AM to 12 PM in the Oklahoma Memorial Union! (Zoom option also available)

This is an event to bring faculty, staff, and technologist together to

• share ways XR is being used in teaching/research/clinical work
• explore emerging ideas and questions
• and identify potential collaborations and areas where OU IT might support future efforts

Mark your calendars for January 9th & 10th, 2025! There will be a half-day of virtual presentations on January 9th and a full-day, in-person Expo on the Norman campus on January 10th.
