Meet our new Kindergarten teacher, Kristi Meier, who will partner perfectly with Ms. Treisa!
After spending the past few years at home raising our amazing kids, I’m so excited to join the team at Robin Hill as a kindergarten teacher! I love our kindie kiddos because they are excited to learn every new little thing! Through music, movement and lots of play we are going to create some great fun!
When I stepped into Robin Hill, it just felt different. There is an energy that is full of care, kindness, and acceptance.
Before my time at home, I taught with Norman Public Schools, where I was honored to be recognized as a site Teacher of the Year. My husband, Seth, spent eleven years as a public school principal and will be stepping into his new role as Director of Special Education at Noble Public Schools this summer. We are thrilled that our daughter, Thea, and son, Coen, will also be joining the Robin Hill this year too!
We cannot wait to meet all of you and share some memories!

First Week of Robin Hill Summer Camp: Water Week! Students made Ocean in A Bottle, Jellyfish, Drip Paint Art, and much more! We also reviewed key Math and Literacy/ELA skills throughout the week during our Academic Hour each day. We wrapped up each day with games in the gym, water gun fights, and the fan fave inflatable water slide! Thank you for sharing your awesome kids with us this week

Parent please welcome Tina Criste to Robin Hill and Oklahoma!
Mrs. Criste will be partnering up with Mrs. Kendra McCurley in 2nd grade!
Here is a little bit about Mrs. Criste:
With 27 years of experience teaching students in kindergarten through eighth grade in Washington State, I have dedicated my career to helping children grow academically, socially, and emotionally. As a National Board Certified Teacher and Facilitator, I have continually sought opportunities to improve my practice and support the professional growth of fellow educators.
Throughout my career, I have served as a Jump Start and Home Stretch Facilitator, helping teachers strengthen instructional practices and student achievement. I was honored to be recognized as Teacher of the Year in 2007–2008 and have contributed to education on a broader scale as an item writer, scorer, and curriculum developer for the Smarter Balanced Assessment (SBA) and Tools for Teachers.
One of my greatest passions is building strong connections between schools, families, and the community. I believe that meaningful parent partnerships create a foundation for student success and help foster a supportive learning environment where all children can thrive.
My philosophy of education is rooted in the belief that every child is unique and deserves a stimulating educational environment where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. I strive to create a safe, welcoming classroom where students feel valued, encouraged to share their ideas, and empowered to take risks in their learning. By fostering curiosity, confidence, and a sense of belonging, I help students discover and reach their full potential.
