College can be a balancing act — academics, relationships, and extracurriculars can all impact mental and physical health. In this course, students will use the social-ecological model (SEM) to examine how personal, social, and environmental factors influence well-being and success. You’ll explore topics like physical inactivity, social media use, sexual health, and social isolation, and work together to develop an action plan toolkit to promote healthier lifestyles on campus.

Books, housing, and meals are provided free of charge, and tuition is paid through your home institution.
