Same horse after dental. Do u think he is more comfortable, ride better, digestive system working better, live longer. I can promise this horse is much happier. We all know what it feels like to have a dental problem, your horse does too. His way of showing it is through physical acting out, resisting bit, loose stool. Most horsemen know when something is off. Call your certified dentist who has been through the extensive training and speciality testing for equine dentistry. The Oklahoma board of veterinarians offers a license to non veterinarians for equine dentistry. It cost 200 a year and require a fully trained and certified equine dentist to qualify. Also require Continued education to stay licensed every year. Are these qualities you want in a equine dentist? Again it is not required but does show qualifications and adds legitimacy to the equine dentistry profession. Food for thought.
