WHAT. A. SEMINAR. 🔥🥋

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out yesterday for the Shawn Melanson No-Gi Seminar!

The mats were packed with energy, the instruction was phenomenal, and the opportunity to learn, roll, and sharpen our skills with someone of Shawn's caliber was nothing short of incredible!

We are grateful to Shawn for sharing his time, knowledge, and experience with us, and to every athlete who showed up ready to learn, work hard, and get better.

This is what jiu-jitsu is all about. Different academies, different skill levels, one shared passion for the grind.

Iron sharpens iron, and yesterday was proof of that.

Thank you for making this seminar such a success! We can't wait to do it again!
