But we spent ours laughing, learning Xactimate the right way, and celebrating TWO birthdays. 🎉

No cramming.
No “just pass the test” energy.

We slowed it down and made sure everyone actually understood what they were building, why it matters, and how it connects back to the claim. When it clicks in the room, you can feel it.🙌💡

And somewhere between line items and scope logic… we paused to celebrate Ryan and Evie.

For the last three days, we’ve been deep in policy.🤓

Not skimming it.

Actually learning how to read it the way an adjuster should — understanding what it says, what it means, and how to interpret it correctly when someone is depending on you for answers.

This morning, some of our class is sitting for their licensing exam — not just to pass, but to prove they understand what they’re reading and how it applies in real life.
