But.....I HAD A PLAN!!

Yup! Today was one of those days…I had a plan …and things were just not aligning

🤔Do you ever have one of those days where you had a plan?
You know, a perfectly laid out calendar for the day…
Grand intentions to check things off your list?

👉But then you just don't have the energy…OR
👉Your body is telling you it needs rest.
👉Your mind needs a break.
👉You don’t really know what you need.

🤷🏻‍♀️So, now what do you do?

I used to fixate on that calendar—on that original plan and just try to PUSH THROUGH to get “it” done.
I would hear that inner “should” voice that would beat like a drum
I would TRY HARDER, DOUBLE DOWN….
Because……….I made a commitment!

As a Self-Mastery and Soul Resonance Coach, I guide women to
access and commit to their Soul Voice & Higher Wisdom so they can stand confidently in their
True Value and lead with balance, from the heart in their life, family, work, and community by finally
letting go of pushing to prove and listening to that “Should” voice.

So INSTEAD of OVERRIDING what I actually did today when things were not going as planned
✅I checked in with my body
✅I checked in with my emotions
✅I asked myself “WHAT DO I REALLY NEED” now…in this moment?

I’ve learned to check-in
Not judge what is happening
BALANCE my BEING and DOING

COMPARISON—It’s a Trap!

Uhhggggg! Comparison……the candle snuffer to our Light!
I just caught myself in a comparison trap!

For me, it always takes me straight to the old tapes in my head
What’s wrong with me?
😩If I were more courageous, intelligent, etc. THEN I would be OK!
😩I’ll never be good enough, reach a goal etc!
😩If I had whatever so and so had then I would be ENOUGH!

I don’t like it when that envy washes over me. I start wishing…..
...Wishing I was somewhere else
...Someone else
...Doing something else

🤦🏻‍♀️It makes me want to give up…on ME

BUT ….What I know is this envy is connected a
Sabotaging Voice…in this case the
“I’M NOT GOOD ENOUGH” Voice.

Can you relate? Has that ever happened to you?

I USED to follow this voice right down the path of despair.😭
But not anymore….

I’ve learned to switch gears! I know that even though
the FEELINGS are “Real” they are NOT the TRUTH!

It is up to me to DECIDE how much power I give them.
AND which inner voice I want to listen to!
It is up to me to SWITCH to the voice of my Higher Wisdom
…..then my feelings change!

✅First I breathe.
✅Then I plant my feet firmly on the ground.
✅I sit or stand up straight.

Then I LISTEN for my Soul Voice
This Higher Wisdom Voice reminds me:
I AM ENOUGH…ALWAYS!
...I am right where I need to be in this moment
…I am Uniquely me and my worth
...My value is not comparable and is not conditional

When I tune into my Soul Voice and Wisdom,
my Vibration SHIFTS from one of painful envy to Open Self-Acceptance.🤗
Self-Acceptance leads to inner Peace. 😇

I noticed it looks like the nervous system in the body....our own highways of light. Macrocosm....microcosm.

On my walk this morning, I was thinking about all my clients, my close friends, my acquaintances
….. the women that I see in the world
who care so much and are so committed to making a positive impact in the world.

Are you one of those women? You know,
busy attending to the needs of……..IDK…….EVERYONE?!

Do you ever take a minute to reflect on all you give? All you do? And really
CELEBRATE YOURSELF? Pat yourself on the back? Say to yourself
“I ROCK!!!!”

OR

Do you MINIMIZE or even IGNORE all you give and do because
😳There is an endless “need” and you don’t feel like you’ve made a real difference
😳In your mind celebration is “bragging” –which is “wrong”
😳You just plow ahead to do the next thing

❗️Celebrating your WINS–no matter what they are is SO IMPORTANT! It’s actually part of leadership

I love harmony.

Most of all–I love inner Harmony.

When I remember I am ENOUGH…
When I remember I am a SOUL in a Body living a life on this planet…
When I remember to LOVE ALL the parts of me…
“The Good, Bad and the Ugly” as they say…
Then I experience HARMONY!

Living here in the density of this human arena gives me daily opportunities to practice ...
REMEMBRANCE of who I really Am and to LOVE.

There is no “to-do” list here…

Remembrance requires BEING
It requires Stillness…and Willingness…
…Acceptance
…Kindness
…Love

Allowing deep awareness to cultivate and bring forth the
WISDOM….

This creates the conditions for a Resonance of True Harmony.

I don’t have inner Harmony in every moment. BUT...
I love that I have cultivated a Mastery through a Practice that can get me there quickly, no matter what is happening in life.

My Wisdom reminds me that every thought, emotion, perception, and experience is an opportunity to expand my awareness and LOVE more.

More LOVE=More HARMONY
